Our week in pictures - 29th November 2015

Eeek! A very late #weeklyroundup - I've been working my socks off taking Beautiful Nice to our local Tumble Tots classes and have taken lots of orders for Christmas gifts which has meant we have had a crazy busy weekend making everything!

Mark has been on leave this week to look after the girls so that I could attend TT alone and he has done a fantastic job. They have all really enjoyed themselves!

We started a little bit of Christmas magic this weekend by decorating the only non-damaged bits of the gingerbread house after I accidentally dropped it, whoops!!  The girls had one each, and although more sweets went into Elsie's mouth than on her biscuit they both had a whale of a time!

Cyber Week starts today over at Beautiful Nice and I'm hoping for another busy week before I close my order books until the new year.

We are planning on putting the Christmas Trees up on Saturday and are also visiting Father Christmas on Sunday at Avon Valley - let the festivities commence!

Thanks for reading, I'd love to see what you've been up to this week as well - why not post your favourite picture below?

Our week in pictures 22nd November 2015

It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas in our house! This week I've been really busy getting myself organised for the festive rush. Christmas tends to be my busiest time at Beautiful Nice and part and parcel of that is visiting our local Tumble Tots classes with a stall. So today I've been freezing my butt off in the garage cutting millions of star initials ready for the coming week.

I've also had a bad back so my lovely hubby was on daughter duty today, which included taking them to a party (I secretly think he enjoyed it). The girls have loved having Daddy all to themselves and can't wait for next time!

Thanks for reading and don't forget to join in with your #weeklyroundup too!

Our week in pictures 15th November 2015

The week has been overshadowed by events in Paris - and around the world.

I'm not going to talk about what we have done this week as it is completely insignificant when you compare it to the many innocent lives that have been lost.  It makes me very scared for what the future holds for my children, and eventually their children. #prayforparis but also #prayfortheworld

Something else that struck a chord with me this week is the plight of little Alexander. This little boy lives minutes from us - he is just two years old and has a rare form of cancer. His family desperately needs to raise £150,000 in the next week for potentially life-saving proton beam treatment in the U.S.

Please donate, if you can, to help Alexander and his family meet their target www.justgiving.com/actionforalexander

Thanks for reading - see you next week!

Our week in pictures 8th November 2015

Hee hee! Look at that picture of Elsie crying - typical sisters right there. They were doing a puzzle together and then Evelyn suggested they lie down and go to sleep, well Elsie didn't want her big sister to lay next to her so had a paddy about it.....start of the terrible two's maybe??

Evelyn spelled Daddy all by herself this week and was very pleased with herself, I was amazed when she did it. Love that she is enjoying phonics so much at pre-school.

The girls were back to normal this week after half term so we saw the return of Tumble Tots, Ballet and Gymnastics. I can't believe we are on the countdown to Christmas already.

I wore my poppy with pride this week in respect to our fallen heroes. We have so much to be thankful to them for and they shall never be forgotten.

Our local primary school does an excellent fireworks display each year which we went along to on Friday evening. Elsie slept through them last year so it was nice that she was awake for most of them this time, although she wasn't feeling 100% so enjoyed being snuggled up in our Tula.

Saturday morning saw Project6Pack's BootCamp, which was very wet and windy! It was an hour full of team games, burpees, squats and sprints - fantastic fun and a great way to bring the team together!
